Es braucht hier m.M. nach keine kommerzielle Entwicklung. Der gesamte Ku’damm ist kommerziell. Hier sollte es eine Eröffnung in Richtung Tiergarten und Zoo geben in Verbindung mit dem traditionsreichen Bahnhof.
