This street at night is super loud, People drive like crazy

People here drive with no respect to people who trying to have a good rest, They are loud they do unnecessarily sprints there is also a school and crosswalk and traffic light and they still do the sprint.   

this streed can be blocked from 22:00 - 6:00 with no effect people with car can go from the main street
